We love the autumn feel of this loaf, made with a combination of dried and fresh apples from our garden and a generous sprinkling of cinnamon, it is a nod to the changing seasons. Delicious eaten on its own, it also goes well with a good sharp cheddar and even better toasted the next day and spread lavishly with cold butter.
