This rustic French epi bread is named for its resemblance to a wheat stalk and makes for a great sharing bread. Made from the same mix as our baguettes over 2 days to give a fully developed flavour and sprinkled with a mix of seeds. 


Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, yeast, salt*, Mixed seeds(linseed, millet, Poppy seeds, sesame seeds)
