Conveniently presented in its own wooden case, our focaccia is light and airy, slowly fermented over 36 hours to give a great flavour. Choose from 3 options: rosemary and sea salt; tomato and basil or Kalamata black olive. All generously infused with olive oil and sprinkled with coarse sea salt.
