WE ARE NOW CLOSED UNTIL 22ND AUGUST

AWARD WINNING MICROBAKERY

Specialising in sourdough and slowly fermented breads.  We offer weekly collections and deliveries of nutritious, naturally leavened bread  in Lower Heyford and surrounding villages.

We are a small bakery usually focussed on supplying bread to our local villages and offering sourdough bread making classes.  During the Covid 19 pandemic whilst classes are not running we have changed our ways of working to accommodate as many customers as possible by offering collections from Lower Heyford and deliveries to additional local villages. We charge a very small amount for deliveries outside of our usual areas to cover our petrol costs.  (Please note we do not post items!)

DELIVERY

Time of deliveries vary.  We usually aim to get to you by lunch time or mid afternoon, but it is dependent on the number of orders we have.  Currently we are delivering to homes on the following days:

Tuesday - Deddington, Clifton, Hempton

Friday - Astons, Somerton, the Heyfords

If you wish to collect please order from the selection for that day.  Orders can be collected from our address in Lower Heyford from 10am onwards.

On Tuesdays (only) you can also collect from Buzzy Beans coffee in Deddington, (please select this option at checkout)

 ***IMPORTANT CHANGES***

We introduced collections  from our home and additional deliveries at the beginning of the lockdown as cafes, restaurants and farmers markets closed down and our workshops stopped.

Whilst this has proved popular it was never intended to be a long term plan.

As we gradually emerge from the restrictions we will be stopping collections from Lower Heyford and some of the additional deliveries that we introduced from the end of July.

Deliveries will still continue as before to the Heyfords, Somerton and Steeple Aston, (where instead of home deliveries we will be using Steeple Aston stores as a collection point as before)with collections also from Buzzy beans in Deddington.

We have lots of new things planned for the future and hopefully with the easing of lockdown these will eventually be able to happen.

Further details to come.

We would like to thank all of you for your continued support and kind words of appreciation during these extraordinary times.
