Our take on a traditional Christmas German favourite. Dark glacé cherries, our own candied citrus fruit and dried fruit is steeped in copious amounts of rum and mixed into an indulgent enriched soft dough. A filling of marzipan and frangipane combined run through the middle. covered generously with icing sugar.
