Our version of traditional hot cross buns made with a sourdough starter. Fruit is soaked in Chai tea to add delicious spiced notes before adding further spices, mixed peel and orange zest, mixed into enriched dough, then slowly fermented. Delicious toasted and spread generously with butter, preferably Ampersand cultured butter...
