Panettone is notorious for being one of the most challenging of all celebration enriched breads. This year we have joined forces with Mariella Bliss to bring a truly authentic Italian magic to our panettone. We have worked really hard to get this right and we are really proud of the results.
APPLE, PINE NUT & RAISIN approx 500g
For weeks running up to Christmas we have collected apples from our garden and put them through a careful process of candying, this keeps them succulent and full of flavour whilst retaining some bite and texture, combined with toasted pine nuts and rum soaked raisins this is a fabulous alternative to the traditional flavoured panettone
