Panettone is notorious for being one of the most challenging of all celebration enriched breads. This year we have joined forces with Mariella Bliss to bring a truly authentic Italian magic to our panettone. We have worked really hard to get this right and we are really proud of the results.

Rum soaked raisins and Amalfi lemons and oranges, candied by Mariella and her mum in Naples, as well as orange paste mixed into the dough, the flavour is incredible
