Our pizza classes are run by Italian cooking teacher Mariella Bliss. Originally from Naples, Mariella is the Qurn of pizza with a vast amount of knowledge, not to mention wonderful stories of growing up in Italy.
Learn how to make authentic pizza and focaccia using simple ingredients and clever techniques in a relaxed, informative class. You can then cook your pizzas on our outdoor wood burning pizza oven, (regardless of the weather!)
Mariella will teach how to mix, knead, shape with lots of tips on the best way to cook your pizza and focaccia at home in a domestic oven. As well as cooking 2 different types of pizza both in our bakery oven and the outdoor wood fired oven you will also be able to take away dough to prepare at home.
This is a relaxed and fun class for all abilities to enjoy.
