Our take on a traditional Christmas German favourite made in limited quantities each year. Rum soaked dried fruits, candied orange and a marzipan core folded into an indulgent enriched dough. Finished with slivered almonds and dipped in rum scented melted butter and a generous dusting of icing sugar.
